Who Qualifies

Wisconsin adults at or below 100% of the federal poverty level, children up to 300% FPL, pregnant women up to 306% FPL

Wisconsin uses BadgerCare Plus to cover adults up to 100% FPL via a Medicaid 1115 waiver, rather than the ACA expansion to 138% FPL. Adults at 100-138% FPL fall into a coverage gap and must purchase coverage on the marketplace with subsidies. Children, pregnant women, and disability populations qualify at higher thresholds.
